I have 600 mining and 600 gem crafting

Any tips from someone who's played a brand new xpac before? I joined during MoP.

Farm as much of the new materials as you can and get the new JC patterns everyday if daily CD as well

people pay out the ass for new mats to lvl their professions and people pay out the ass for gems so they can have a better chance at clearing content

also if there are any pets associated with your professions, people will pay alot to be the first to have them

Sell carries. Everyone buys them the first few weeks trying to "get ahead"
