if it's a lvl 1-80 boa, will i still get the exp bonus if i wear it at 81-89?

I just was wondering if the scaling stopped at 80, or everything

Yeah, even the exp stops once you reach the max level of the item unfortunately. :(

it works from 80-81 iirc.

you can upgrade them at the vendor for gold now i guess to work until 85
