2 Million gold is worth more than anything in the game so of course unless it's a guild transaction then it's an account sale or a gold sale.

or just be an honest person

the trick is to log on from a different IP when you sell a large amount of gold, then you wait a day or so log back in your normal IP and put the ticket it and tada easy gold returned
