Hey, i've been thinking about getting into wow classic anni servers and was wondering if "twinking" is a thing or not.

back on my first playthrough of vanilla/tbc and even wotlk to a certain point the 19/29/39 brackets were incredibly populated and i was wondering with the reboot of said servers if this was the case again. mainly the 39 bracket is what i'm interested in but i'd be open to others. and by active and populated i mean.. like less then 10 minute ques for bgs.
