Hi, today I was banned for "RMT" and i have never once in 19 yrs of playing wow, RMT'd.

I have traded some classic wotlk / classic hardcore wow gold for d2jsp gold (no crazy amounts, very casual amounts), and traded directly from one version of wow for the other.

AFAIK and understand this is not bannable, as im not purchasing gold, basically just trading it from one version to another.

Anyone had any success in appealing and overturning a unjustly wow ban from d2jsp use?

u traded gold from someone who scammed gold or botted it on a black gold acc or something

bought over 2mil from jsp, not 1 ban suspension etc

also swapped retail-->classic wotlk, no ban and swapped over 70-80mil igg

ive traded 4 people over the past month, all for relatively small amounts, all from JSP users with thousands of posts, and 5+ year old accounts.

I just went and checked, one of them has a "30% warn" tag, not sure what that means.

But they were not scammers or gold sellers afaik, all people with ~10-50k fg. have not traded gold with anyone else but jsp users.

u probably swapped gold to someone who trades gold or sells it on g2g themselves

if ur account is clear/flawless, the person u traded isnt

trading with jsp gold is RMT and therefore is bannable. they recently decided to ban some people for RMT. unlucky.

i'm not sure on the exact details of the bans, but it seems to me like they are targeted at high volume individuals, so without looking at your post history, i'd guess your "casual amounts" are actually quite high... and looking at it, yeah. you RMT a lot of gold. be careful, RMT is always a risk. if you need to handle a lot of gold, expect to be caught by some bans here and there.

My brother trading in game gold JSP fg is the literal definition of RMT. Looking at your post history you have a fairly high volume of trades. Listening to anyone anecdotally say “I sold and bought x amount and never got banned” is like someone saying “I broke the law a dozen times and never got caught”.

Unfortunately we all take on risk using this site to trade and could catch a ban due to a high volume trade flag, perhaps multiple transactions with different ppl flag, or by selling to or buying from a person who is linked directly to high volume RMT trade.

You may be able to get your account unbanned though. It will take you a while to get to a human being past their bullshit AI text ticketing black hole, but I have seen people who got their accounts back by trying enough and claiming innocence.

Jsp is rmt brother, I thankfully never been banned before

10k wotlk gold and 2-300 classic hardcore gold is not a lot of gold... GDKP items go for 100-150k in wotlk
