title, what boosts can u get and what levels do ppl do them at ? any info pls

You can get level boosting 1-20 or higher with some mob tagging/kill services.

You can get quest item boosts to get upgrades at the minimum level for items. Whirlwind Axe, Scarlet Monastery Swords, Thrash Blade at 45.

You can buy BOP items from people selling the service like Blackstone Ring and Tarnished Elven Ring.

Basically anything time consuming that you would do yourself from leveling to professions to completing dungeons and quests - you could probably buy a boost for.
