Do people still do low level PvP with decked out characters?

In classic 1-60 (if you can lock xp in this version), I am sure yes.
The wrath classic has boas in it so I am not sure if it’s all that fun on that but you can definitely lock xp.

Twinking kinda died in reality when they made bgs not 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59

Bgs’s are not like that anymore? They don’t have 10-19 ranges anymore?

Maybe in the classic version it is, the wrath version i think is different.
Not sure though, really haven’t twinked since retail classic lol.
I wanted to make twinks in classic remake but never got around to it.
