might be a dumb question, but is it still "worth" to start with Classic HC on e.g. Hydraxian Waterlords, since official HC servers have been confirmed?

I would like to play HC WoW and my ultimate goal would be to raid...

100% worth! It's incredibly fun and it's still alive. Lots of the mod members will come back if official rules are ass too. And if nothing else you gain more experience on staying alive and what to avoid and hazards in zones. I've been playin and hit level 48 on first toon so far having an absolute blast. Got an 18 warrior as well enjoying tanking
