It's a toy you get from the Darkmoon Faire, you just have to do a mini game where you fly around through flaming hoops, and you have to hit 50 without the buff running out. I heard people were having trouble on it but I did it on my first try, you just have to stay on the outside, it's really easy imo.

Yea people were having problems when it was first released because you didnt get your own phase for rings...obv it's a joke now that it isn't broken...
