Wow dev. made a statemend that they understood what went wrong with WOD and this expansion will be a surprise to everyone. Lets wait and see.

They've understood that for years. It isn't some big secret that they suddenly learned. They made vanilla so they know very well what the model is and they purposely chose to not do that anymore.

I'm talking about the overall game model. What do people actually do when they sit down to play? How long does it take them before they complete everything they feel is worth doing and start crying 'content drought'?

This is an idiotic comment. The vanilla model worked and it worked well. Even the burning crusade was a well liked model. I didn't play during wrath so I have no opinion on that. However, they've taken out what made the game fun. THe difficulty and the challenges. Heirlooms were a bad idea. So much of the game is way too easy now that it brings no enjoyment.

i play the game once a week at most because old habits die hard, losing touch with a buddy and the only game in common we have is wow. we both pretty much hate the game but fuck around and have fun leveling up and goofing off, but one day a week for 2-3 hours is plenty for us. we both don't pay monthly and haven't for many years.

i don't know about other oldfag wow'ers, but as for myself, even though i don't care for the game much, i come around to point out how fucking retarded people are like yourself. you sure seem to have a hardon for this game still, and really get butt hurt about this which is incredibly comical.
