While you can't increase the 0.03% drop chance, you can increase the number of times you get a 0.03% drop chance, which ultimately increases your chance.

Question for iluxy:
Do you have a better chance at getting the mount if you run for it one time, two times or a thousand times?

And don't say "it's a 0.03% chance each time"...we know that indepentant of how many times you run, each individual run yields a 0.03% chance..

I'll pose the question again so maybe you'll actually think before you respond:

I made some easy reading for the answer in my blog (so no one can spam it). Also realize you can make the formula in MS Excel and it will calculate the answer for you.
