I don't hold much gold as I sell it.
But to date I've sold over 35 million gold.

Very nice. Demand for gold seems to have gone down, at least for me it has. Use to sell 1-2 million per week. Now I am lucky to sell 5 million a month.
Miss the days when gold was $15 per 1,000(lets not get started on Vanilia or TBC gold prices)

Had a few people ask me, "When did you start making a lot of gold?" I started back in Cata, I originally started with Jewelcrafting cutting and selling loads of gems. When Dragon Soul came out I was making bank from doing guild sells and selling Arena and RBG carrys.
1/2 my PVP carrys were for gold and rest were for $. Well it was a lot back in the day. I was making around 40,000g per week from Jewelcrafting and 50,000-100,000 per week from Raiding carrys, then another 200,000 per week from RBG/Arena carrys(some weeks i had no buyers)

How? what type of groups you got in TSM? or just crafting stuff and selling.

My brother and I played a little bit back in Vanilia and TBC. We have profession patterns that are removed from the game, so they fetch a good amount of gold when I sell the items.
and yes, TSM crafting and selling. i dont really flip items on AH.

in cata i bought 100's of vial of sands for like 5k ea and sold for 35k ea, thousands of red uncut gems for like 25ea and sold for like 600-800ea, and mass sands of time for like nothing. I just finally ran out of sands ha...

Cata was win and the reason I had to farm my vial of sands recipe.
