spells lost ranks since WoTlK , which means around 2008. I started boxing in late 09.
Cata also changed everything. Not sure how you were LoSing the boxers with novas, hunter just goes instant pew pew sure he can be frozen, but 4 pets with silences/stuns really put some hurt on clothies
You are probably talking about WoTlk / back when hunters had deadzones...or those scrub botting multiboxers in AV that just put each other on follow and ''farm hks''

Hunters can pew pew while nova'd you're right. But mage range was longer than hunter auto shot. Auto shot was 35 mage had 41. Nova them out of range of the lead guy and yea you can isolate and kill him pretty quickly. pets dont get to you to silence/stun in nova. Boxing was a huge thing in vanilla/burning crusade. The easiest way for boxers to move all their charecters is /follow macro's since wsad don't transpond as well with keyclone. You CC the lead guy and the /follow breaks, he has another macro to follow a different one and after 2-3 minutes you can see what hes doing and mess his day up.
Even still i don't see it being that good considering you had to tab target between targets and with mirror images that becomes a huge pain to even get the mage targeted.
Maybe there is a new way to do it now but fucking with the lead guys usually messes up most multi boxers.
