If you flip a coin 9 times, and all 9 were heads, the 10th flip, is still 50/50 chance.
If you flip a coin and 7 times it's tails, 2 times it's heads, it's stil 50/50 chance.

And no, not according to me it's 50% for 10 flips, you're illiterate as fuck.
