I can kinda understand what it says but it pretty much shows there's going to be a good amount of them going to that server.

Apparently, that's the closest server to BR in terms of ping. I'm sure there are still plenty of English speakers over there. Just play wherever you want. I don't mind the fact that I'm playing on the streamer server.
