Wanst it super hard?

easier than Vanilla but still hard to get a spot in a progression guild.

But TBC progression was mind-numbingly difficult. Most progression guilds caught up with content would average as many as 50-100 wipes per boss from what i remember. Sunwell especially it was like each boss was an end fight.

So if you weren't a glutton for punishment if didn't matter as much what your spec was, ferals could get spots in pugs, and even trash clears in pugs were hard.

I mained a crit chicken near the end of TBC which is when i started wow, got a spot in a decent guild just for the aura so i was the chosen one who got to skip a lot of encounters and just cast Starfire over and over.

Can't remember if debuff limits were a thing in TBC so might have not even been allowed to moonfire lol. I've been on a vanilla server for a while tho so my TBC memories are a bit muddled.

Back then it was only 1 difficulty, and imagine top guilds like method struggled with killing bosses.. just imagine the normal guilds struggle with even touching the bosses.. It was pretty fun though, most ppl just did the first tier of rading, Gruul & Magtheridon & Karazhan

Ontopic, I played druid in tbc :)

As mentioned earlier I mained warrior though I started late TBC - start of burning to be fair. Played tank warrior. Was a living hell to play... so hard to keep aggro bk then. compared to today. + Had a druid healer , actually got the old legenadry staff on it with my guild. Sadly the bonds formed back then doesnt live on in todays raiding style guilds

AoE aggro was a bitch but single target your rotation was Sunder/sunder/sunder/sunder/.... lol

sunder macro tank could hold quite a few tank and spank bosses, out guild has a spare tank that someone multiboxed to 60 just for this reason, if we have no tank we lockportal him in and he can tank a boss on just macro sunders lol.

Druid because it seemed fun. I got into pvp and eventually played 2s because resto druids were op and annoying as hell. You literally couldn't die if there was just a single person focusing you.
