If you wanna start trading like this I suggest u wait untill 5,2 is out. U should start trading with epics :), its really simple.

epic gear is miniscule now
start with the gem and enchant market with the patch out this week you should make a kiling if you play it right
then move into mounts

unless boe epics come out with this and new raids it wont be worth it trying to flip 47x and 496 armors

Tbh many ppl say this, but im holding on to my thought. For me atleast, flipping epics have always been the most rewarding business for me if u count with the work u need to do.

Edit; I think ppl are to impatience when it comes to trading with epics. Im always counting on 50% profit per epic + 7days at the auctionhouse, thats my generally expections when I trade epics. And if you count all the BoE epics that exists for maxlvl u'll come up with like 20-30 epics that u can own the market for and then ull sell like 2-3 each day
