check for suramar wq's im at 6k/21k in revered, almost to that 8k for the final chapter in the questline
check for valarjar/highmountain wqs, im a blacksmith and a tank, those are the rewards im interested in
do all of the wqs that are either easy, or have better than average rewards (including professions)
class hall missions as needed (often through the app, although addons make things easier)
tank mythics for the guild as needed, clear my full lockout weekly
late night world pvp. we go to lorlathil when the nut quest is active in a group of 20+ and wreck horde for hours.

also on the side i've been completing my fishing artifact and grinding the ap for it, i'm currently at underlight angler rank 15, with 11980 AP earned through fishing so far. I love fishing in wow.

Also why valashar/high mountain specifically?

I do blacksmithing, so for highmountain there is the recipes for Demonsteel Armguards, Guantlets and Breastplate (3 star), and from valarjar is the Demonsteel Boots and Greaves (3 star.)
Profession world quests unlock at 110 if you have done the pre-requisate quests which I believe usually come from your profession trainer in Dalaran- I would check wowhead for your professions specifically.
Suramar is very important to knock out, it's a questing zone with a very in depth storyline tuned for 110. The reason it's important is two of Legion's dungeons, Court of Stars and Arcway can not be entered until you are attuned, which is not available until you are 7/12k in to honored with the Nightfallen. There's also lots of group world quests and side things to do in Suramar as well.
