Getting my first mount at level 40 was my first "HOLY SHIT YES FINALLY" feeling

My first ever Raid (Kara)

Joining VoA 25 after my guild leader begged me to tank it in a pug, only for Grand Black War Mammoth to drop and me beating 24 other people needing on it

one of my best memories is when i lured you into my mechano-hog by telling you that i knew of a cool secret spot. i proceeded to ride onto a bridge and then drive off the side and quickly dismount. i deployed my goblin glider and soared gracefully through the air, turning around just in time to see you plummeting at high speed straight into the ground like a suicide jumper. you died on impact and i couldn't stop laughing.

So many good memories but my favorite are:

1. Barrens chat when it was actually funny and full of people
2. Spending 6hours to finish a warlock quest forget what it was but I think to obtain the succubus pet
3. STV and being camped for hours by level 80s
4. If you were on the server firetree, rabblerouser the fuck face fire mage who literally had 52points in fire (because he was on firetree)
5. If you were on the server kj, fighting hundreds of ruinous and chilling in their vent to hear all the voices screaming "HE'S IN THE BACK GET HIM"
6. wintergrasp
7. Getting 2600 with hpally, war, feral with no mic communication
8. Doing ulduar meta achievs at 85 and struggling for hours
9. Being camped by a white evade rogue in ashenvale
10. Throne of thunder dailies when you had to jump across the platform to open the chest, me and my friends would camp the other side and grip, knockback, root people for several hours creating so much rage and laughs

+ Many other small things I missed about the game in bc and wrath.

I can't recall specific memories, but BC was probably my favorite time to play. I only started playing after BC had been released for a while. I remember playing felt like you were actually accomplishing something. Questing was a lot more fun. My first raid ever was Gruul's lair and I was in charge of having aggro on one of the mobs. I was with my friends guild who was really nice and helpful to a new playing like me so I don't know that what I was doing actually helped a lot... they might have just done it to make me feel like I was helping? lol

After that I also had a lot of fun in WotLK. This is when I really started raiding and was actually in a progression guild. I was a little late to the party because I actually started playing only a few months before WotLK launched so I wasn't raiding initially but once we got to Ulduar we started pushing pretty hard. We got a prenerf Mimiron kill which was pretty awesome. That also brings back memories of my Unholy DK tank when you didn't need to be blood to tank. I was our OT and unholy had crazy threat so picking up adds was a piece of cake. There was some drama shortly after and the guild started falling apart as a result. After that I took a break for a while and came back for ToC content was pretty much on farm by the time I joined so nothing to exciting until ICC. Once ICC came out I played several hours a day for a while on my feral druid. This was by far the best I ever played a character as a dps. I would lead ICC raids and actually managed a 10 of 13 in a pug group. We tried to make it a regular group but most of the people that made that run just missed their normal guild runs that week it seemed so I didn't have as much success after that. Didn't really get into raiding much after that. I do recall how people would rage at me for rolling on the Armor Pen trinket from Saurfang. I had several people say there was no way I did that dps as feral and I had to be boomkin.. I actually wasn't given the trinket the first time I won it due to the raid leader not believing I was feral even though it was pretty plain to see. They just didn't know feral could do that much damage apparently.. I don't think there were a lot of us around at the time.

Basically
BC Questing
WotLK Raiding

Not very specific but that is the most fun I remember ever having while playing. Also expansion releases I guess when me and my brother/s or friends would all get together at once of our places and play for days in a row on release.

Vanilla

Soloing packs of zg mobs for tokens to sell on my frost mage for hours
<ultiple day long AVs
Mindcontrol DIing people that snuck into Iron Forge
My first boe epic drop out in EPL
Guribashi Arena with a gang of hooligans
Fighting people raiding Westfall for hours, etc.
Slow falling into old iron forge or getting behind the caverns of time before it existed.

TBC

Flying pom pyro blasting people out of the sky and then just slow fall and carry on about my day
Chest farming on my rogue
When I discovered you could queue for arena in the opposite factions city because the person is a neutral faction. So you murder someone -> sprint to goblin -> queue -> vanish -> murder -> cast prep -> vanish -> take queue -> instantly leave and have all your skills reset -> repeat.
