I never used the elixir of rapid mind, always use the potion of accelerated learning, but I'm gonna have to try it once.

From 97-98 can do just plain bonus quests in spire

98-100 bonus quests in nagrand with the XP potion and/or bones farming (about an hour or so)

But the fastest 98-100 is with a friend with a druid using starfall in nagrand to pull everything and you kill them all with the garrison machine and loot the bones, then turn them in with the XP potion.

It literally takes about 15 minutes 98-100.

97-100 in 15 minutes, about 1h of set up. PM me if you want more info.

I mean if you do pvp or something and you just did the 90 boost or changed specs at 90 you want to learn that class before you start doing battlegrounds etc.
