I once paid for a xfer/race change/faction change all @ once. I put in a ticket and told them I misunderstood my race change so they refunded me on everything. Stated that everything will be back to normal within 24-48hrs. I logged in 2 days later and since I never picked a race my toon is still on my main realm with the option to change race lol.. Free faction/realm change. But too scared to pick a new race.
