On my new server I went to with friends after not playing for two years. No wait. Deathwing. My old server Stonemaul which is locked is about a 20 minute wait.

Ghostlands - Longest que so far was 2 hours at like position 700.
Other then that hasnt been to bad. should die down because no raids till Dec 2nd and not much to do after you farm heroics to iLVL 630ish.

Aside from Frostmourne, the reset apparently pulled out w/e stability changes blizz made. Hopefully it stays that way!
