The drop chance is 0.03% regardless of how you look at it.
In no way are you able to increase your chances of it dropping.
That's like going to the casino, going on a losing streak, and thinking you have a better chance to win because of it.

Your math will add up to 100% chance to drop eventually.

Whereas its impossible to guarantee a drop, no matter how many times you run it, because previous results do not affect the future.
