i agree with this, when i inspect someone it usually isnt another 80 with the gear i see everywhere. the twinks are where its at. not just pvp but the pve ones are very nice to look at. i may lvl a toon on ur server just to do this. i havent ever been part of a raiding guild but i love raiding, especially with people that are wanting to do the job correctly and therefor having fun in the process. instead of meaningless wipes because of fail groups or people who just dont care.

do u help lvl to 70 or are u just looking for people who are already there?

more pooling for people already there. we accept rerolls who show themselves dedicated. there isnt room to be carried in the raids. i expect the people who decide on leveling a toon to be motivated to gear themselves to the best of thier ability we hold offnight raids like ssc tk za kara etc so that you can get the gear to attend our main bt and sunwell raids.

i played for in a 60 guild a while ago, but than they converted naxx and got rid of it for 60's so i just quit playing my 60 priest if i couldn't still get the best stuff, didn't feel like it was worth the time anymore

bc had some solid raiding tho too, so good luck with your guild
