Are you 8/8M? Are you doing M+20s with no healer? If not, then you are the casual good sir. Vanilla WoW is easier than anything Mythic on retail. Far easier. The only thing hard about Vanilla is the leveling process.

I was doing +20s when I stopped playing. And without a healer, who cares if you can or not. 8/8M? Awesome feat bro, they literally full clear new Mythic content in like 2 weeks (if it even lasts through week 1)
I don't like repeating the same stuff over again, not saying they don't do that in Classic but in my opinion Classic is much more fun.

Retail

-Much harder past the casual level, Mythic raiding / 18+ M Keys / 2400+ Pvp
-Much more depth than vanilla
-Much more to do outside of raiding / PvP

Vanilla

-Better Community
-Less targeted towards "casuals" because of the leveling and gearing process, but end game of vanilla can be considered casual if you play retail at a high level.
-IMO the PvP is much better vs retail, This is closer to the old d2 style pvp. Its unbalanced and unfair but that is what makes it fun. Retail every class has everything, same lul comps every season; RMP. Its pretty old at this point

Literally if they just took away LFR and the other really casual aspects of retail, then vanilla wouldn't be better in any other aspects outside of PvP.
