you need your old acc details the account needs to actually have the gold on it so no a fresh account wouldnt work because it wouldnt have 130k on it or w/e a tokens going for atm
just do email pw recovery on the blizzard site as long as u know the email u should be good assuming u can get into the email

i'm struggling to decide tbh
i played in vanilla and every expansion since
and the most fun i've ever had with any game was in vanilla wow
until recently, i was sure i was going to play classic
but i'm thinking i might just leave it behind
the way i enjoy playing the game requires more time than i'm willing to invest now
i just can't see myself coming home after work and playing for 3 hours like i know i'd want to
and blowing my weekends in wow
i'll probably just live vicariously through some of my preferred streamers like soupasoka

Playing on whitemane server (going UD rogue)

I’m definitely going to play. I starting playing during TBC and I didn’t get super into endgame content and min/maxxing until WotLK. What I miss most about the older expansions is the types of stats they have on different pieces of gear and actually putting thought into item selection.

Mechanically I like WotLK the most with TBC following. I’ve never played vanilla but I am a little worried the combat won’t be satisfying. But I’d love to seriously try it out and get into some raiding a bit.

I don’t have much time to play but I plan on playing a warrior. If that gets too painful I’ll switch to mage.
