Got the shitty mail healing pants. Happy for the item level boost but the legendary properly is pretty much useless. After much testing it often does not work. Plus it only works if u stand still for 3+ seconds.

Wouldve been useful for leveling

Imho legs shouldnt be 110 only

If youre lucky enough to get them at lets say 104, wouldve helped alot
