rogues r most op damage dealer atm by far for pvp

That's of day 1 of raids when people are not even fully geared, can't go off of that

but you can go off saying that surv has highest dps.... on a target dummy?

i am going by the 840 ilvl where everyone has equal gear before raids came out, there has been no nerfs or anything since. its way to early into the raid to be going off thous dps charts

i see could you post the graph or chart to used to see that going by ilvl840 gear surv has the best dps spec for hunter? was it based on sims or by damage output from game content?

Based on a t19 sim, survival has the best damage
But if you ask me, its not that easy to play, thus really easy to fuck up

Play the spec you have the most fun playing. It's a hunter... it'll top the charts if you're good enough regardless.

but does it have better damage than other melee? because as surv you are competing for the melee slots

Sims are pretty useless right now.

My guild cleared 7/7 norm and 6/7 heroic so far and I'm consistently top 5 and I top at least two fights by a large margin (Eye boss and double dragon). Other fights I'm very competitive but when it's pure single target the melee are coming out ahead. More specifically our feral Druid / rogue / arms warrior because they all have a legendary.. But I don't makes me sad panda. But on eye and dragons I'm ahead by a decent margin. (Ranking 93+ percentile for my item level on Warcraft logs).

I'm a marksman hunter. Ilvl 853 as of last night, no raid trinkets no legendary, level 23 artifact weapon (24 I get my last dragon node).

IMO hunter is in a pretty decent spot.
