i totally understand your point but like i said frostmourne is the closest server to me over here in singapore with 100 ping while if i choose to play in a us server its at least 200 ping. Also according to some numbers i found on wowprogress frostmourne has 8513 total players with 8114 alliance and 399 horde so i think i will be ok. let me know what you think.

also another concern i have is this, im thinking of playing with the starter edition until im lvl 20 at which point i will buy the wow chest and buy leigon. my question is at level 20 should i lvl up through game aka questing or should i use the free lvl 100 boost that comes with leigon and jump to lvl 100 and do new content?

Imo you should grind to 110 man and learn the class u want to play because if you hit the insta 100 i think you will br confused on how ro play ur classhope that help

if you boost they do give you a small tutorial to teach you a few skills of certain specs

this, the tutorial is actually not bad.
But, if you're new to the game you may as well experience it.

Just keep the boost in your back pocket if you get sick of leveling to 100, it can be slow if you don't know where to go for most things. On the other hand, save the boost for when you reach 110, many of my friends and I all started with one class, only to immediately change to something more fitting, if you have regrets, saving it would be a good choice

yea thats what i figure as well. will there be enough people to make groups for lower content though while lvling? or is everyone playing leigion content exclusively?

Servers are really lopsided. You can google realm population ratios and see which server is heavy sided Horde/Alliance. If you're really new to the game I would probably go to a PvE server that way assholes don't gank you constantly and dishearten you from the game.
