Never seen anyone banned for it, unless they are spamming "this dude bought my wow gold for forum gold on d2jsp!!!" All day lol

anything over 200k is falgged i recently got back fro ma 6 month bann for selling gold but i probs sold gold capp in like 3-4 months

never once had an issue with it. Just don't mention JSP ingame, or anything else stupid.

Legal answer: it's against their TOS so you can be banned.

Other answer: just don't be stupid about it and they don't care / can't catch you / youl be fine.

Roleplay in chat that you're friends from another game and loaning gold.

any games TOS say they can ban you for whatever you want.

Much higher chance you can get perma banned for selling than fly hacking in arena. Which is the sad honest truth. But extremely unlikely, use guild banks to transfer gold and have the person buying withdraw in increments under 20k gold and you should be 100% fine.

Have sold well over 5 million gold without a ban.

Don't talk in game, give yourself a stupid name, etc.
