If N'zoth is involved I doubt he will be the last boss, similar to Yogg before Arthas.
I feel like the FINAL boss of legion will have something to do with Wrathion (there was a blue post mentioning that it wouldn't be the last time we seen him, recently) or Khagdar (controlled by Sargeras; similar to Medivh)

e/ Although on second though I dunno how wrathion would fit in at all
