How do you get started? You should write a guide, the sticky is like 5 years old and useless.

I have like 15k gold total with 2 100s, I don't even know where to go from here.

I have thought about doing a guide.

I have played off and on since Vanilia. I did a bunch of the profession pattern quest chains. My Blacksmith and Tailor have loads of removed patterns and even the .001% drop patterns. I just craft those items and sell them. Say I pay 2,500 gold for crafting mats, i resell the item for 15,000-25,000 gold each. I also sell the 502 Crafted Reborn xmog weapons, Sky Golems, and the tailor/lw crafted xmog gear. I have loads of level 90s who's soul purpose is to craft these.

Another really good way to make gold is selling PVE carrys(NEVER NEVER CM) If you are 740+ you can find heroic archimonde PL sales, 30,000-40,000 gold per 20 minutes. Group I run with does it for 10-12 hours on sundays and 3-4 hours each other day. Gold adds up quickly(I have never did sale runs longer than 6 hours at a time) people are also starting to do 13/13 heroic hfc PL runs, everyone brings their own buyers. I hear people charging 125-200k a spot. normally takes 90 minutes if you preclear as much of the trash you can before the buyers step in.

boe epics is propaply best way in my opions. in past 12 months I have sold over 44 million gold of items via AH this data only from Stormreaver EU ( 665 - 685 - 691 - 695 - 700 - 706 - 710 - 716 - 725 - 731 ilvl)
(this can be made alone without any teamplay)
and for the time this need is just remember daily crafting cooldown on every character you have. once a week restock items you want to craft and sell. every 2-3 days you restock AH with TSM addon 15-30min.
oh and remember check sometimes sniper from TSM / underminejournal.com if cheap boe epics.

ofc if you want make more gold you can start optimazing other categoria's like tcg, tmog, pets, unobtainable items etc.

I have done carries also in cataclysm and yes its awesome way to do if all agree / want do that on spare time

I looked over his guide, that is a whole lot of work he put into it. I can give link to the TSM profile and give short summary of what I did for the gold, but no way would i have time to go more in depth

you're excited about a raise in gold cap? That implies MASSIVE inflationary effects on the gold scale in Legion. Meaning the countless hours you've spent hoarding gold will be only a fraction of the return in the new expansion. I'm curious how you see that as good lol. I would have though your gold going down in value would be a bad thing haha.
