Not exactly sure why they won't do that for you. Did you try these?
Account 1 is your main account, Account 2 is your 2nd account that you want to move, Account 3 is the brand new account
1) Create Account 3(Not sure what level of upgrade this needs to be.***Try with starter account so you don't waste $
2) Open ticket with GM and tell them you want to move Account 2 game client onto Account 3.
**Doing step 2 is in line what they say about consolidating your accounts**
These are the steps I did when I moved my game clients so i could stock up my game tokens. (However the 3rd account i was moving it to was a RAF i just set up)j
They been changing their rules and policy's on almost every way around account transferring. So I am not sure if this will work anymore. I did mine almost 3 months ago
