Pretty sure you can now raid cross server? The new LFG - Looking For Grouo function is pretty bad ass. I have yet to use it for PvE, but it works exactly like OQueue did, making it obsolete I do believe. I have yet to run my outdated version since coming back.

I play on Illidan Horde and it's totally populated, however I always see people saying that it is a Chinese server and there are quite a few people with Chinese hunter pet names and Chinese spam in trade/general chat.
