Well, I've seen these type of transfers happen in the past. It's typically a lvl 1 orc toon sitting @ AH steps spamming trade. Usually it's someone selling gold IRL or items. In order to meet their desired quota they will sell high value items on the desired realm in mass. I've noticed in the past when buying items from them, they'd make me wait, run in AH and the return with the item.... It never made sense. The only bad part was he was selling the items i sell daily in mass. So it made me mad. The market was doomed to crash until all the items have been used/sold. So, knowing that he was a lvl 1 toon (doesn't meet lvl req to transfer) he had to get the items from somewhere. I brainstormed and thought well maybe he's transferring from alliance side to horde side. Sure enough every time he sold a batch, he'd run inside the AH.
I put all of it together in my mind as if I was to transfer items myself. I spam searched for vial's for like 5 mins.... and sure enough one listed for 1 copper and was gone in like 1 second. Then 3 more popped up and was gone in 1 second. I missed the buyout on it. This is where he really messed up... He should of at least listed @ 20k+... Which he eventually did after I snagged 52 of them lol.. But the reason he didn't was so he could get gold cap quicker...
I said okay.. So from that point it was game on.. It was late, so he probably figured he was safe.. nobody is going to mass scan the item non stop??? He'd run in, I'd follow, scan ah constantly, and buy his mounts before he could. He'd then run to mailbox and then back to AH and repeat (Like he was really confused). Made me laugh pretty hard.
I didn't really need to use an addon. I do have them but it wasn't needed.
I was scammed a few years back buying mounts from a guy like this. (store mounts) I received the mounts and 24 hrs later they were removed from my mount tab "Used stolen credit cards" with no refunds of gold.
So this was my revenge. T4T I don't feel bad. Now I just have to wait for the market to stabilize. Or transfer them to another realm.
