Buy yourself elixir of the rapid mind and do bonus quests, lvl extremely quick. (Every area has them, will be in your map as you lvl up etc)

If you don't like questing or find it boring. 90-100 take couple hours tops.

i spend 5k to level a toon 90-100

2 hrs 300 xp pot garrison pot and have some one fly u around lol i hate questing all end game here lol
