yea this is how i can tell you don't know what you're talking about. show me that option in the system->sound menu, i dare you. something like that requires a pretty big script/addon

You are right that you can't mute all other sounds, but that's not a big deal. It's easy to just move my character to a corner where there won't be other sounds happening. The queue popping sound will rise above all others no problem.

eventually it gets annoying. before i got a good addon, i had to do that same thing
