dang, i've never once had a ninja'd item redistributed to me. i think i've submitted 3-4 tickets for that infraction too.

Sadly you won't get it and the GM won't do anything else for you as when you join the party and stay in group you are acceptable with it being Master Loot and they leave the decision up to the Master Looter. So if he decided to take the mount then that's it, even if there were terms and agreements made in chat before raid started.
