Depends on your need for QOL. Personally, my choice in servers depends on if I'm shoveling more good money after something I don't recognize. Given current content and the direction they look to be headed, I stand by my choice.

But if you're looking for retail - Illidan Horde. Sargeras Ally. Sargeras Ally also tend to own Illidan Horde. Illidan Horde expect a PvE experience on a PvP server because it was the bastion of PvE progression US until Blood Legion quit. Up until you cross into Draenor, this would be the case. If you are Sarg Ally, just make friends with Illidan Ally, and come own them while they are trying to raid. I've seen entire 25 man raids wiped out by a handful of Alliance. It's quite disgusting, but it depends.

Illidan is still the best server in the game for PvE content, going by WoWProgress Server rankings. <Limit> would be contending with <Midwinter> if they matched their raiding hours. Regardless, both servers are very close with multiple guilds full clearing current content, it just comes down to Alliance or Horde.

Well, full disclosure, I play on Illy. And you're right about Limit, knowing several of their raiders in-game for years, they aren't going balls out like they did when they were in Blood Legion. Otherwise, Illidan does offer some of the cream of the crop for raid guilds in the US, very true. Always fun running with them and watching them play characters at max capability.

So... Nobody think Aegwynn can be a good server?
