I didn't say I liked MoP. I played Vanilla to WotLK (Ulduar content) then quit. Came back after Heroic ToT was on farm and played up until about 2 weeks ago.

MoP was alright, only because it was refreshing to play a MMO again.

The game has been dumbed down too much for me.
You don't even need to leave your garrison to make gold.
You get free mythic gear from missions every two weeks.
You no longer NEED professions, they also no longer have perks.
PvP is just mindless rinse & repeat.

Not even going to get into how much I hate the anti-social aspect of the current state of the game.

They're just making it more casual cause it's more profits.

Even if they made it FTP money spent on transfers, rerolls and level boosts would still be a ridiculous amount of money.

It'll never be like it use to in Vanilla and BC where you felt accomplished just by simply reaching max level, let alone 8 hours of raids on a daily basis.

MoP was garbage, definitely worse than WoD. I do agree that Garrisons have definitely taken a lot out of the game, but it also makes people log in on a daily basis, and keep their subs going

It's too casual, I enjoyed it for a little bit but it just wasn't for me.
I don't even feel that it's worth the 50 cents a day

and @OP it really depends, a lot of people who do mythic or heroic and clear it usually before the next clear will say its casual, while people in pug guilds that arent so good will say its a challenge

I totally agree with this. And that is what I like about it. I don't have the time to be hardcore and enjoy going about the game raiding casually. I spend just enough time on the game to keep it interesting to me. I am sure some people find the game too easy, and if that is the case then the only suggestion I could make would be to find a new game to play. Don't understand why some people continue playing any game that they feel is too easy and does not offer a challenge. No point in continuing to play just to complain about it.

I seriously only log in for missions and to update my auctions, haha, at most 5 minutes a day

After my Mythic guild disbanded I didn't feel like it was worth the effort to find another

and i just dont understand why people these days think "i dont like an OPTION in a game so its a bad game"

an option is called an option because its optional, you dont HAVE to do it

being a casual player or a hardcore player is an OPTION

so why would you want to take away options when you are sitting there saying the game is too dumbed down as it is
