once you trinket, you should play defensive as hell... stand 40 yards away, always keep hots on yourself, sit bear form. if you have to cast, cast rejuv and then go back bear form, repeat until trinket is up. never stack iron bark and barkskin unless you messed up terribly and have to combine these two.

gladiator is currently like 2530 i think? probably less and it goes down\sits at that rating almost everyday

but he is 2800 and will probably get r1 this season ( i think r1 is like 2700 something )

it must be very hard to believe that someone else is high rated when u yourself are this awful at the game, its okay though
