I agree with the frost, but that's entirely based on environment (cleaving the boss and extra bosses, etc) and procs with PC.

1 cast hit goes to Arcane for sure.

Single hit I think with all procs you can hit pretty high with Arcane.
PvE I am usually highest burst as frost so I assume it's the same for PvP.

well we were kinda talking bout pvp here, anyway I heard that destro lock could crit for like 200k or something ridiculous idk how true that is tho.

Frost burst is much higher than Arcane in PvE for sure. Only thing that comes close or wins sometimes are Ferals & Rets (I am only 675 ilvl, they are ~680-682).

PvP I assume it's no different, obviously in a PvP situation Arcane can only hit like a truck if you're not the one being trained.

yep and thats with full mythic shit or sacrifice
on kargath with buff i hit 200k in heroic gear so its all about them buffs
