haste hasnt change at all with the new hotfixes?

they buffed haste in hotfixes... its still better than mastery
frost is maybe 30% of total dmg and mastery doesn't even work for Sindragosa since it's shadow damage, not frost dmg...

more haste = obliterates = more runes to spam icy touch

meant that with the buff i thought it may be the top sta priority.
just my 2 cents on having not even done an arena this xp @_@

versatility is flat dmg increase on everything in addition to taking less dmg overall... It's better imo, as a DK, u will never have 100% up time on any target tbh
