I don't think assassination is good. Combat parses the best on tectus, and on twin ogron which is only 2 targets.

Depends how well they are stacked and how your cooldowns line up tbh. If you keep rupture up on both the whole time with crimson tempest.. Venomous wound will definitely hit hard

Sub hands down thou combat is useful when your around the 650ilvl

I've seen good rogues pull very good numbers on fights with Assassination :-|

Bump. Need more opinions.. I see more combat rogues in raids etc than sub.. But simulationcraft says sub is higher deeps

I've been playing sub for years and it's very very good!

I just swapped to Combat to try it out, and I hold almost the same dps.

Combat has one of the easiest rotations ever - sub is a bit more tricky.

Both is good, it all comes down to preference.

Alright, are you using the same gear, or do you need other stats with combat than sub?

Assassination is literally the easiest rotation ever. You literally only have to keep up rupture and try not to clip eenvenoms.

2 target just keep one as your primary target and on the 2nd target just make sure you keep u r dots and rupture on it and then dps the first target

Yeah, i leveled with assa, its not hard

Combat/Sub just seems more fun tho for me atm

there was an episode on rogues on finalbosstv recently (HC raiding podcast) and the conclusion was sub on single target combat on cleave fights
