Help Me Run Wow Better - Topic

Okay, so I have a pretty old computer and it runs WoW, but I want to minimize lag and shit as much as possible

I went to System and hit low so everythings like that, it's windowed in the only resolution it can be (1300xSomething)

What else can I do to make the game not lag? any addons or anything? Yeah I know quality of game might suck but that doesnt matter, just help me out yall!

ccregistry and turn everything off ur running

also right click computer hit properties hit advanced setup then click advanced tab then hit best performance

post some specs, maybe a small upgrade would help a ton.

i would not fuck with the reg. If its part of your norm comp maintance sure.. but if you do not know wtf ur doing u could fuck something up. Not sure how computer savy u are.

Drop settings to min.
Make sure your res is set correctly
Turn off particle density, Anti-Aliasing, Vertical Sync, and set Texture filtering to bilinear. (in wow ofc) * also set SSAO to low.

If that doesnt do it.. there is one add-on that used to help with lat issues.. really though if your comp is set up like thsi already and ur still hitting issues.. you need a new comp.
