Every piece of plate/mail/leather gear that I have seen has had the other stat greyed out, the only thing I haven't really paid attention to, or maybe it wasnt there was jewelry, cloaks, weps

stats like crit/multistrike/versatility wont change on the item either .. trink stats etc.. just the main pieces like chest/legs/boots etc

Everything I've been getting on my pally I can use for ret and holy dept the rings neck and back oh and trinkets as well
