what about Apexis crystals ? What's the fastest way to get these

Garrison Daily pretty much.
Certain mobs and Work Orders can give like 2-10.
There is one rare mission that also rewards 1000.

i actually read this up its on the wowhead early gearing guide and says to do your garrison dailies unless yu wanna farm and kill level 100 mobs

The best I can recommend is to install handynotes and handynotes draenor treasures, and roam each zone and kill all the rare spawns and find the garrison chests, you can easily get a few thousands in ressources from all of these.
