hmm u will only get free char boost if u buy the pre purchase? if u buy on the release day u wont get char boost?

the only incentive to prepurchase was getting your boost during mop

You will get the free 90 if you pre-order any edition of WoD.

You will still get the free 90 if you purchase a Collectors Edition of WoD (~$90) past the release date (11.13.14).

Pretty sure theyre right. All the commercials and such for it say nothing verbally or fine print for it having to be pre purchased.
