historically, expansions have gone live at midnight PST.

if i remember correctly, mop and cata were both "activated" at midnight, and there was zero downtime

By "activated" he means that there was no downtime but every portal and opening quest essentially crashed/could not be completed. Any med-high pop server had queue times and it was IMPOSSIBLE to start leveling for at least an hour or two until players started to thin out across new areas.

Here's to hoping that doesn't happen this time!

Start at shadopan in townlong delever the quests - take the portal to island of thunder turn in, hs to klaxxi turn in - have a mage buddey ready at klaxxi to give you a portal to stoneard - fly to blastet lands and go crazy

this will only be 19 quests , but no were else can you get that meny quest in a small area and it will give you 52% exp 90.>91
