It says they give extra gold when killing something that grants xp or honor, so wouldn't doing this on a level 90 character not grant experience or honor?

Is trinkets and pots are hard to get ?

I just farmed the easier trinket on my first try, haven't tried the other yet, and I'm sure the pots are easy to make.

The Moss trinket might take a few tries. Luckily he spawns often and and he's a multi combat/tag mob. The potions are cheap and very easy to make.

The fleece mob is almost always up when I check the location.


I tested the trinket method with potions of luck on a similar spawn
like the one in Uldum. The kills took longer and sadly the potions only last 20 mins. Compared to an hour. So I was only able to do two trips. The profit was still decent from the charms but no difference. I actually looted more in the other area due to mass kills in a short period of time. The pluses are the rewards from the chests. Motes of harmony and trillium ores from the boxes are always a plus. Overall it was still less in profits loot wise.

Most high pop servers embersilk is around the same price as windwool though.

If the trinket procs are not based on the mobs killed being elite then there are certainly better killing spots that can yield more GPH with materials easier to move.

I do like the trinket idea though.

if u controll the AH why would u bother farm something like 5k?

Mobs are green to a 90.

There is another place for this method that I used to farm my SkyShards. I will be posting a guide on this today. It's also amazing money/loots and you can sell the Rare Alani kill for a decent stack of cash.
Expect this within the hour.




If you read the guide you will see that I do it for extra cash, cloth, and to work on my looting achievement. The AH doesn't count towards the achievement.
